Ricoh decided to use webinars to satisfy their target group’s need for information and provide answers to questions like these.

Challenge
Ricoh enlisted Euronext Corporate Solutions help to organise webinars. The intention was to hold a series of webinars in which Ricoh would explain the current trends and topics related to the so-called ‘high-performance workplace’. The webinars covered issues such as the opportunities of mobile printing, and how to ‘future-proof’ a working environment.
The stakeholders received an invitation to participate in the webinar and could register in advance. Thanks to the webinar’s pre-registration option and the opportunity for data analysis, Rabobank gained greater insight into who was watching/listening.
Solution
To record the series of webinars, Ricoh used the facilities in our webinar studio in Rotterdam.
Result
Ricoh’s webinars were a success, both live and on-demand. For example, Ricoh managed to extend the reach of their first live webinar by approximately 40% thanks to on-demand viewers! Furthermore, Ricoh managed to hold the attention of their viewers successfully: the average participant watched 93% of the 45-minute webinar.
