Organisational Details

This training programme, delivered in English, is divided in two parts:
 
- E-learning training, available online to complete at your own pace
- Live Q&A session - a virtual classroom where participants will have the chance to ask questions to the Nord Pool Market Surveillance team after viewing the e-learning course
 
The e-learning training’s duration is of 14 hours, while the live session is 1 hour long.
 
There are four available dates to attend the Live Q&A session during 2026:
 
- 5 February 2026
- 30 April 2026
- 8 October 2026
- 26 November 2026
 
After attending the course, all participants will have to pass the test within a month of the virtual classroom. After passing the test, attendees will be rewarded with the Nord Pool Digital Diploma.
