Signature levels
Choose signature levels: Limited or Advanced
Admincontrol Board Portal supports two levels of electronic signature: Advanced, which verifies each signer through their own electronic ID such as BankID in the Nordics, and Limited, which verifies name and phone number by SMS code for lower-risk documents. Set a minimum level per signature request.

Request controls
Due dates and reminders that keep requests moving
Every signature request carries a due date, 30 days by default, with up to three scheduled reminders and an automatic nudge two days before the deadline. A request that expires before everyone has signed is invalidated and reissued to every signer, so timely reminders matter.

Oversight
One screen for every pending and completed request
Administrators get a dedicated Signature requests view showing the status of every request, alongside a log of every reminder sent. Signers see their own Documents to sign list, split into pending and completed items, with no email thread to search for what still needs a signature.
