EngageStream uses AI to generate subtitles as the event is taking place. Once the spoken language has been selected, subtitles can be translated into multiple languages simultaneously, allowing attendees to follow the presentation in their preferred language.
At present, each webcast supports one spoken source language. As long as presenters speak the selected language throughout the event, subtitles can be translated into as many target languages as required.

To improve subtitle quality, EngageStream allows organisers to upload a custom glossary before the event. The glossary provides the AI with important terms that should be recognised during transcription and translation.
