One dashboard for every board, committee & meeting
-
Upcoming meetings with a link straight into each one
-
Notices, images and links published by your own administrators
-
Switch between organisations from the top of the screen
Give the whole board the same starting point and the same information
Board members arrive from different organisations, different committees and different devices. The dashboard in Admincontrol Board Portal is the page they all land on, and the secretariat decides what it says.
Oriented in seconds
Sign in and the next meetings, the notices from your administrators and anything waiting on you are already on screen.
Your message, your portal
Portal administrators publish text, images and links from the page itself, so a notice reaches the board without a separate email.
One portal, or twenty
Users active in several organisations move between portals from the top of the screen, without signing in again.
Branded as your own
A portal logo, icon and banner carry your organisation's identity across every page and into the mobile app.
DASHBOARD
From sign-in to the right meeting
Sign in
Two-factor authentication or single sign-on takes you to the home page of your portal.
Choose
The drop-down at the top lists every portal where your user is active, usually one per organisation.
Read
The dashboard carries what your administrators have published, along with service notices and news of upcoming releases.
Open
Upcoming meetings are listed in date order, each with a Show details link into the meeting itself.
Editable page
The secretariat decides what the board reads first
Administrators edit the dashboard directly on the page, adding text, images and links without raising a ticket or waiting on a developer. Uploaded images are kept in an image repository, so a banner or a portrait used once can be reused across the portal.
- Edit in place, from the page the board already reads
- Text, images and links, in PNG, JPG, GIF or BMP
- Links outside Admincontrol domains rendered as plain text
Upcoming meetings
Every meeting you have been invited to, in one list
The meetings section shows the upcoming meetings a user has been invited to, together with any published to the whole portal, each with a link straight into the meeting. Directors see their own commitments rather than the organisation's entire calendar.
- Your own meetings and those published portal-wide
- A direct link into the meeting from every entry
- Date, time and the board or committee on each one
Several organisations
One sign-in across every organisation you serve
The drop-down at the top of the page lists every portal where a user is active, so a chair or an adviser working for several organisations moves between them without signing in again. Each portal keeps its own logo, icon and banner, in the browser and in the app.
- A portal menu listing every organisation you serve
- Portal logo on every page, icon in the switcher

FAQ
It is the first page after sign-in and needs no configuration to appear. It carries upcoming meetings, the text, images and links your administrators publish, and service notices about maintenance and new releases. Outstanding tasks, such as a document to sign, appear alongside them.
Portal administrators. They edit the page directly and can add images and links. Links pointing outside Admincontrol domains are converted to plain text rather than left clickable, so the page cannot quietly route directors somewhere else.
Yes. The drop-down at the top lists every portal where that user is active, and switching does not ask for a second sign-in. The left column then follows the areas of use available on the portal selected.
Admincontrol Board Portal data is held in a private data centre inside the EEA, encrypted with AES 256-bit at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Each user can see their previous sign-in and every session currently active on their account.
