Narrowing the focus to the Financial Services Industry, we will look at the ‘Bank of the Future’. Examples will be shared of which initiatives other financial institutions are creating in the context of AI.​ Success with AI depends on more than just technology. We’ll dive into the critical enabler: the importance of compliant, ethical, and trustworthy AI initiatives that protect customer trust and your company’s reputation.​ We will place the EU AI Act in the context of banking operations. To bring these ideas to life, participants will engage into a session designed to understand current awareness, explore expected impact and identify opportunities for involvement. We conclude with a brainstorming session to identify future use cases, blocking factors and actionable next steps. ​​
