Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris – 22 September 2025 – Today marks a pivotal moment in how we serve the capital markets community. Euronext Corporate Solutions (ECS) is evolving beyond a collection of individual tools to become a truly integrated ecosystem – one powerful rebranding supporting the full journey from boardroom decisions to capital market success. 

The new website and rebranding provide a centralised portal that synergises many of Euronext Corporate Solutions’ existing solutions, including the investor relations CRM IR.Manager and board management portal Admincontrol.

Our compliance platform ComplyLog and our webcasting solutions EngageStream, formerly known as Company Webcast, are now completely rebranded as Euronext Corporate Solutions and no longer exist as of today. 

A visionary solution to meet capital markets challenges 

With this new approach, Euronext Corporate Solutions introduces a powerful ecosystem in which organisations can find a wide range of solutions that guide them through all challenges pertaining to capital markets. From how to craft an equity story that engages future investors to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the board of directors and upskilling teams with certified courses in a range of capital markets competencies, the portal features a myriad of solutions for various use cases.  

Julien Tessier, CEO of Euronext Corporate Solutions, described the new platform as “Your command centre for capital market success.”  The phrase is deliberately aspirational, signalling not just current capabilities but ECS’s long-term ambition, which is to become the definitive European platform for corporate governance and capital markets. 

 With managing the mounting expectations of both shareholders and regulators becoming more complex, disconnected systems are no longer efficient in mitigating the risks faced by organisations. The new Euronext Corporate Solutions website allows organisations to browse the full gamut of available tools to package together the software that meets their unique challenges and requirements.  

Unified rebranding 

As part of the creation of the new platform, previously standalone brands like Company Webcast and ComplyLog are becoming Euronext Corporate Solutions. This will make it easier for issuers, advisors and other organisations interested in the portal to browse all available solutions and create a custom command centre that meets their needs.  

At the same time, all LinkedIn followers of these brands will automatically become followers of Euronext Corporate Solutions, gaining access to the latest news and information about the tools, expertise, and security provided by the new central portal.
