Extending regulated news coverage to France

Euronext Corporate Solutions already helps listed companies meet their real-time disclosure obligations in markets such as Ireland, Norway, Sweden and Italy. This partnership extends that coverage to France: through Actusnews, French issuers gain the same regulatory-grade standard of regulated news distribution, delivered locally by an established French partner and hosted in France.

An end-to-end compliant chain

Regulated information is first distributed through Actusnews Wire, a professional disseminator of regulated information authorised by the AMF, giving issuers the presumption of effective and full dissemination together with automatic filing with the regulator.
